Farmer
will submit the application with all details
along with photograph duly certified by the
village secretary for sanction of Vermi compost
unit. |

receipt of application tentative sanction should
be given with in a week with instructions to complete
the unit in a maximum period of 60 days. |

total cost of unit worked out as Rs. 30,000/-. |

The
subsidy allowed for each unit Rs. 15000/- (Rupees
fifteen thousand) covering 600 cft. |

The
size of each pit 50` X 3` X 1` with maximum 4
pits. |

Maximum
two units per beneficiary. |

Preference
should be given to SC/ST/SF/MF as per norms/ allocation. |

The
components of the unit should be as per the standard
and specification appended to the guidelines (Annexure
– I). |

The
ADH should inspect at least 25% of the units sanctioned
before release of subsidy and satisfy himself. |

The
farmers shall inform to ADH/H.O. and about the
completion of the unit along with a photograph
of the unit established for verification and record.

On
receipt of completion report, The ADH/ H.O. will
inspect and release the subsidy with in a week
as per availability budget. |

The
ADH should satisfy himself that the unit is completed
as per specification and being utilized while
releasing subsidy. |

A
photograph of the complete unit should be filed
along with beneficiary for verification and release
of assistance. |
