ORDER
:- |
In
the Government Order 1st read above, orders
were issued framing certain guidelines for implementation
of APMIP.
In
the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner
of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has
submitted proposals for amending guideline-2
of the Government Order 1st read above so as
to enable the tenant farmers to avail subsidy
under APMIP with lease agreements on stamp paper
instead of registered lease agreements.
Government
after careful examination of the proposal, hereby
order the following amendment to guideline-2
of the Government Order 1st read above.

AMENDMENT |

| Guideline
No.2 of the Government Order 1st read above shall
be substituted with the following:
"All terabit farmers are
eligible for APMIP scheme provided they hold
notarized lease agreement on Rs. 100/- stamp
paper over the land for a period of at least
five years".
